Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
