Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in the bag; seal tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to twelve hours.
- To bake: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C), bake marinated chicken for 22–24 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let rest before serving.
- To grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook chicken for about 5–8 minutes on each side until done. Allow resting before serving.
