Instructions

- Dip each salmon piece in egg wash, then coat in the panko mixture before placing on the baking sheet.

- While baking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Serve hot, drizzled with sauce and garnished with green onions.
