- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 – 9 inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, flour, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth for the custard.
- In another bowl, combine mixed berries and additional granulated sugar; let sit while preparing streusel.
- For the streusel topping, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, apple pie spice, and sugar in a small bowl; add melted butter until crumbly.
- Place the pie crust in a greased pan. Layer the berry mixture on the bottom followed by the custard and then sprinkle with streusel.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely before serving.
