- 1 (15.25 oz) box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1 (16 oz) container vanilla frosting
- ¾ cup crumbled Butterfinger candy
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the chocolate cake mix instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the cake mix as directed, then stir in sour cream and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While warm, poke holes in the cake using a wooden spoon and pour caramel into the holes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Frost with vanilla frosting and garnish with crumbled Butterfinger and reserved caramel.
