Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and milk with vanilla extract until frothy; combine with dry ingredients.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool before removing from pans.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Layer the cake with whipped cream and mixed berries as desired.
