- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 3 tablespoons garlic butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt garlic butter. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the thinly sliced beef, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
- Slice the Italian bread lengthwise and scoop out some insides to create space for filling.
- Fill the hollowed-out bread with the beef mixture from the skillet.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing; garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
