Instructions

  1. Remove husks and silk from corn. If grilling, soak corn in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in minced garlic; cook until fragrant. Season with salt and set aside.
  3. Choose your cooking method:
  4. Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Wrap corn in aluminum foil or grill directly for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
  5. Oven Roasting: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place corn on a baking sheet, brush half of the garlic butter over it and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Brush remaining butter and top with cheese.
