- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, chili flakes, garlic, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best results).
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers evenly.
- Cook kebabs for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
