- 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
- 20 round potsticker wrappers
- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken or turkey with garlic, ginger, and green onions. Form small balls (about 1 tbsp) and wrap them in potsticker wrappers.
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat; sauté remaining garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Carefully drop dumplings into the simmering broth and cook for about 5 minutes until they float.
- Stir in soy sauce and any desired veggies. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions.
