Instructions
- Prepare the hot honey sauce by mixing honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl; warm slightly if desired.
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally into four even pieces and season with spice mix.
- Set up dredging stations with flour, beaten eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat chicken pieces in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides; drain on a wire rack.
- Top with crumbled feta and place under the grill until bubbly; serve drizzled with hot honey.
