- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round eight-inch baking pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir gently. Fold in any extra crushed Oreos if desired.
- Divide batter between the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For frosting, beat butter and cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar; fold in crushed Oreos.
- Spread frosting between layers and on top of the cake.
