- 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in lemon juice followed by heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in chopped parsley, then return salmon to the skillet to soak in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve the salmon drizzled with lemon cream sauce and an extra sprinkle of parsley.
