Instructions

  3. Boil eggs in cold water for 10 minutes; cool in cold water before peeling.

  5. In a large bowl, combine greens, tomatoes, cucumber, green beans, olives, and tuna.
  6. Top with quartered eggs and drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Toss gently and enjoy!
