  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp coarse kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/41/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, kosher salt, black pepper, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about five minutes.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a medium bowl with olive oil and half of the dry rub; toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 17-19 minutes, flipping halfway through.
