Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve garnished with fresh dill or parsley and drizzle any remaining sauce over the top.
