Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean; cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the ganache, warm the whipping cream in a saucepan until boiling; remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Let it cool for about 15 minutes to thicken.
- Spoon ganache onto cooled brownie bites and garnish with fresh raspberries.
