- 1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add cleaned prawns to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F /190°C).
- Grill marinated prawns for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Serve on a platter with an extra squeeze of lemon juice.
