Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Meanwhile, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by combining yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Once grilled and slightly cooled, slice the chicken into strips.
- Serve in warm pita bread topped with creamy garlic sauce and fresh herbs.
