Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken with vegetable oil, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and spices. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour (or overnight for best flavor).
- Prepare Skewers: Thread 4-5 marinated chicken cubes onto each soaked wooden skewer.
- Air Fry Skewers: Place skewers in an air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Make Honey Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat; add minced garlic and cook briefly before mixing in honey and parmesan.
- Serve: Brush skewers with honey garlic butter before serving.
