Instructions

- Set up piping bags: Cut the tips, insert couplers, and attach icing tips. Fill each bag with blue, white (leftover from mixing), and red frosting.
- Start decorating by piping blue frosting around the edges of each cupcake to create long strings. Add a second ring inside.
- Switch to white frosting to pipe a ring inside the blue one, followed by a small ring of red frosting in the center.
