Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Allow to rest after grilling.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice. Serve grilled chicken topped with creamy garlic sauce.
