Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt or loaf pan.

- In another large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, alternating with milk until just combined.
- Fold in the toasted pecans gently into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
