Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté shallots until translucent.
- Stir in flour and cook for one minute. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream until thickened (about five minutes).
- Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and lobster meat. Season with salt and pepper; simmer for two minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
