Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan for the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, then fold in marshmallow fluff until combined.
- Gently mix in fresh lemon juice.
- Prepare agar-agar according to package instructions and stir into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
