- 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 packets instant oatmeal (any flavor)
- 2 tsp agar-agar powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and instant oatmeal.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare agar-agar according to package instructions, then stir it into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust, smooth the top, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
