Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for at least ten minutes before cutting into squares.
