- 1 cup high-quality white German chocolate
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar and eggs until well blended.
- Pour half of the cake batter into each pan, followed by the cheesecake mixture, then top with remaining batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
