Instructions

- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Toss the potatoes in a mixing bowl with melted garlic butter, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
