Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
- Place about one tablespoon of the filling onto each square. Fold over diagonally and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
