- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
