- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh or canned cherries (drained if canned)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and blend well. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set properly.
- Before serving, top with cherries. Slice and enjoy!
