Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and blend well. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  4. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to set properly.
  5. Before serving, top with cherries. Slice and enjoy!
