Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Marinate Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

- Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Make Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber and garlic powder in a bowl; add salt to taste.
