Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove stems; finely chop the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, and chopped mushroom stems until combined.
- Generously fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over each stuffed mushroom.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
