Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add rotini, and cook until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Sauté the Chicken: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Make the Sauce: Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for one minute. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Add Cheese: Once simmering, mix in Parmesan cheese until melted; adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Combine Everything: Toss cooked rotini with the sauce and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve with fresh parsley on top.
