- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for swirl)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt or loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat ricotta cheese, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Reserve one cup of batter; mix in additional cocoa powder for the chocolate swirl.
- Spoon alternating batters into the prepared pan and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
