Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add canned diced tomatoes (with juice) and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
- After about 10 minutes of simmering, stir in the chopped basil and continue simmering for another 5 minutes.
- Pour over cooked ravioli and gently toss to coat before serving.
