- 1 lb fresh white fish (cod or haddock)
- ½ lb shrimp
- ½ lb scallops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1–2 shallots, finely diced
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté shallots until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the white fish and cook for 3 minutes until opaque. Incorporate shrimp and scallops, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl; sprinkle over the seafood mixture.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
