Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and vegetable oil until frothy.
- Slowly combine wet and dry mixtures without over-mixing.
- Pour half the batter into the pan; drop spoonfuls of remaining batter on top for swirls.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
