- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup pecan halves, toasted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add brown sugar and mix until fluffy. Gradually incorporate eggs one at a time.
- Fold in toasted pecan halves into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow cooling to room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with maple syrup and add extra pecans if desired.
