- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce until combined.
- Form mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce for the dip.
- Serve meatballs warm with spicy mayo dip.
