Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb beef sirloin steak
- 9 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping the garlic and parsley.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the steak with salt and pepper, sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook ravioli per package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes) until they float.
- Stir in minced garlic during the last minute of cooking. Add remaining butter to create the garlic butter sauce.
- Slice rested steak against the grain, return it to the skillet with juices, and toss everything together until coated.
