- 1/4 cup brown sugar (light)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until the dough holds together.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick, cut into circles, and press into greased muffin tins.
- In another bowl, whisk brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until blended. Stir in chopped pecans.
- Spoon the pecan mixture into each crust, filling nearly full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for five minutes before serving.
