  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta shells for about 8 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, half the Parmesan, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Stuff each shell with about two tablespoons of the seafood mixture and place in the baking dish.
  5. Cover stuffed shells with marinara sauce and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly.
