Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables into bite-sized pieces and slicing chicken breasts into strips.
- Marinate the chicken by combining soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add chicken strips and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the pan by adding vegetable oil to a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the chicken in a single layer; sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve the stir fry on plates and drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce if desired. Pair with rice or noodles.
