- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine melted butter and milk; mix with dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll Out Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
- Assemble Rolls: Spread filling over the rolled-out dough and tightly roll it up from one end to the other.
- Slice and Bake: Cut into equal slices and place cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool Down & Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
