  • 6 tbsp melted butter (for crust)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of an ungreased baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until thickened (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
  4. Pour custard over the prepared crust and smooth it out evenly.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Once chilled, cut into squares and serve.
