  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, crush graham crackers until sandy. Mix with brown sugar and lime zest; stir in melted butter until combined.
  3. Press mixture into the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow cooling.
  4. In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, then mix in key lime juice and zest.
  5. Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Cool at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
