- 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions
- Sauté shrimp seasoned with sun-dried tomato oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until pink; set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and crushed red pepper for two minutes.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, orzo, Italian seasoning, and adjust seasoning; bring to a simmer.
- Cook covered until orzo is tender; stir in spinach and parmesan cheese.
- Fold in the cooked shrimp before serving; garnish with fresh herbs.
