Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 6 slices Turkey Bacon
- 1 packet ranch seasoning blend
- 3 teaspoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes in salted water for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender. Drain.
- In another pot, boil green beans for 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain well.
- Cook Turkey Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; crumble and reserve some bacon fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, ranch seasoning, and melted butter.
- Return boiled vegetables to the skillet with reserved bacon fat; toss with the ranch butter mixture and crumbled bacon until coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
